From first conversation to full operations: a defined, stage-by-stage process with no ambiguity. You know exactly what happens at each step, what you are responsible for, and what we deliver — in writing.
Completed before any commitment on your part
A 45–60 minute meeting with the Tahkeem team to understand your center's needs and present the platform. No commitment, no sales pressure.
A working session to document your requirements in detail and identify the most appropriate path: ready platform, white label, or custom development.
Delivery of a detailed proposal covering project scope, timeline, cost, and contract terms. Open negotiation with complete transparency.
4–8 weeks structured on a clear schedule
Contract activation, team introductions on both sides, project coordinator designation, and the start of detailed requirements gathering and documentation.
Platform environment activation, workflow configuration for your center, uploading arbitrator data, and preparing request and award templates.
Limited pilot run with the center's team, full workflow testing, and recording observations and required adjustments.
Training the center's team and arbitrators, procedures documentation, and official platform launch with intensive support in the first days.
Platform adjustments based on live operations, activating integrations with other systems where applicable, and setting up custom reports.
Launch is the beginning of the relationship, not the end of the project
Intensive technical support in the first three months, a direct communication channel with the Tahkeem team, and contractually defined response times — not policy-based promises.
The platform updates regularly with new features, security improvements, and regulatory compliance changes. Updates are included and require no re-implementation on your side.
Your requirements will grow as your center grows. Tahkeem conducts periodic reviews and delivers development plans to ensure the platform evolves with your operations.
A simple list — we handle the rest
From contract signing to official launch: 4–8 weeks for the ready platform with configuration and customization. For custom projects or those with complex integrations: 3–6 months. Week one begins with requirements assessment and preparation of a detailed implementation plan.
Before the project begins, the center needs: (1) a formal management decision to proceed, (2) a designated internal project coordinator, (3) a list of accredited arbitrators, (4) approved internal request and award templates, (5) internal procedural rules. Everything else we handle.
Post-launch: intensive technical support in the first months, regular platform updates, a direct communication channel with the Tahkeem team, and an ongoing development plan for new requirements. The nature and level of support is defined in the contract according to your center's size and needs.
Yes. We expect additional requirements or changes to emerge during implementation — this is normal. We work with an agile methodology that accommodates reasonable changes within the project scope. Substantial changes beyond the agreed scope are discussed and their cost and timeline agreed transparently.
The introductory meeting is free and without commitment. After it you will have a clear picture of how the project works and what it will deliver for your center.
